Do you remember the song Ironic by Alanis Morisette? For some reason that comes to mind when I think of Carli and Chad’s wedding day. “It’s like rain on your wedding day….”, except they had more than rain. They had a positive Covid case force them cancel their original wedding plans two days, 2 DAYS before their wedding day. They put the well being of all their family and friends before their own wants. How gracious and mature. And in the end, they celebrated one of those most memorable weddings for me in 2020. They scrambled to replan everything in 48 hours. Not only did they replan, they wowed.
